Tuna burgers
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 t
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- can tuna - 1 oz
- chili sauce - 2 T
- minced onion - 2 T
- finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
How to make tuna burgers:
Drain and flake tuna. Combine with bread crumbs, celery and onion in a large bowl; mix well. Stir in mixture of mayonnaise, chili sauce and lemon juice. Shape into 5 patties. Place in lightly oiled skillet. Cook over low to medium heat for 5 minutes or until light brown. Serve plain or on hamburger buns with lettuce and tomato.
