Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 1/3 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 item
- almonds, chopped - 1/2 c
- fillets trout - 6 item
How to make trout amandine:
Dip trout in milk. Season with salt and pepper and roll in flour. Cook the trout in butter until evenly browned on both sides. Remove fish and saute the chopped almonds in the butter. Sprinkle generously over the fish. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Freshwater fish, Trout.
