- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- cheese, grated - 2 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Peel potatoes and slice thin. Put 1/2 in greased casserole dish. Cover with onion, flour, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Add cheese; melt before serving.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
