Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 1 1/2
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- cold water - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1 item
- almond extract - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- box instant chocolate pudding - 1 oz
- Glaze recipe follows - 1 item
- almond liqueur - 3 Tbsp
- toasted, chopped almonds - 1/2 c
- Grease Bundt pan and dust with cocoa
How to make triple chocolate cake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease Bundt pan and dust with cocoa.Mix all other ingredients, except chocolate chips, and beat 2 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into Bundt pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick or tester comes out clean. Cool on rack 10 minutes before removing from pan. Drizzle with glaze.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. almond extract Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Let stand at room temperature until ready to glaze cake.
