- oil - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- cans chicken broth - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- cans beef broth - 2 item
- jalapeno peppers, chopped - 2 item
- comino - 1 tsp
- bag plain Doritos - 1 item
How to make tortilla soup:
Saute onion, garlic and peppers until soft. Add tomatoes, chicken broth and seasonings. Simmer for 1 hour. Put soup into bowls. Add crumbled chips and grated cheese.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Soups & stews, North american.
