Tortilla crisps
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 5 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
How to make tortilla crisps:
Mix flour, salt and baking powder together in bowl. Next add oil and water to dry ingredients. Knead 5 minutes, forming a round ball. Make small balls of dough to roll out like tortilla rounds. With knife, cut 4 wedges out of each ball of dough. Deep fry in skillet both sides until brown. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Eat!
