Ingredients/Components
- water - 3 c
- snipped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- dried basil, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- loose-pack frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots - 1 c
- can tomatoes, cut up - 1 1/2
- instant beef bouillon granules - 1 Tbsp
- frozen cheese tortellini - 1/2 c
How to make tortellini soup:
In medium saucepan, combine the water, undrained tomatoes, bouillon, basil and oregano. Bring to boiling. Stir in frozen vegetables and tortellini. Return to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 7 minutes or until tortellini are tender. Stir in parsley. Makes 4 servings.Contains 68 calories, 1 gram fat and 8 milligrams cholesterol.
