- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- nutmeats - 1/2 c
- ground cloves - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
How to make tomato soup cake:
Cream Crisco and sugar. Add soda to tomato soup. Sift flour and spices together. Add nuts (walnuts better). Bake 1 hour at 325°. Frost with buttercream frosting. Top with walnuts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, American.
