Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 3 c
- tomatoes - 2 gal
- large onions - 5 item
- to 5 hot peppers - 4 item
- to 5 fall peppers - 4 item
How to make tomato relish:
Boil, peel and mash tomatoes, then drain. Chip peppers and onions. Mix and cook slowly 1 hour. Pour in pint jars and seal.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, Tomato.
