Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 item
- tsp salt - 1/2 item
- c sugar - 3/4 item
- c vinegar - 1/2 item
- 1/2 cans tomato - 2 item
- tsp cayenne or red pepper - 1/4 item
How to make tomato relish:
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmering. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Vegetables, Tomato.
