Tomato gravy
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 3 4
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- to 6 medium ripe tomatoes, peeled and cored - 5 item
How to make tomato gravy:
Simmer tomatoes (peeled and cored), butter, salt and pepper until soft 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in milk and flour combined. Return to heat and stir. Cook until thick 2 to 3 minutes.
