Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- loaf French bread - 1 item
- tomato, sliced thin - 1 item
- oregano or Italian spices - 1 item
How to make tomato bread:
Cut the top crust off of the French bread and place on a foiled cookie sheet.Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder together, then spread over bread. Sprinkle with spices.
Place thin slices of tomato on top of bread and mixture. Cover with shredded or slices of Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
