  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • pecan halves 4 c - 1 lb

How to make toasted butter pecans:

In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, place pecan halves and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Cut butter into 4 pieces and arrange evenly over top. Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes; stir and turn. Microwave on High for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Makes about 1 pound.
