Ingredients/Components
- cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- softened butter - 4 Tbsp
- firmly packed light brown sugar - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- Jack Daniels whiskey - 1/2 c
- pecan halves for topping - 1 item
How to make tipsy sweet potatoes:
Preheat oven to 325°. Combine all ingredients except topping. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with pecans. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
