- sugar - 2/3 c
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pecans - 7 oz
- light syrup - 1 c
- melted oleo - 3 Tbsp
- dark rum
How to make texas pecan pie:
Beat eggs lightly. Add sugar, syrup and oleo, mixing to blend. Do not overbeat. Stir in rum and pecans. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until filling is golden and firm to light touch.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
