- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 6 item
- butter or margarine - 1 lb
- flour - 4 c
- baking powder
- white raisins - 2 c
- whole pecans - 4 c
- bottle lemon extract - 1 oz
How to make texas pecan cake:
Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and lemon extract. Add flour to raisins and nuts. Add to mixture. Bake 2 hours at 275° in a tube pan or a 10 x 14-inch loaf pan. Line pan with paper.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
