- eggs - 4 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- c milk - 1/2 item
- 1/2 c sugar - 1 item
- 9 inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- T lemon juice - 3 item
How to make lemon chess pie:
Melt butter until caramel color. Add milk until almost scalded. Cool. Beat eggs, add sugar and lemon juice. Pour into pie shell, bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
