- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/4 c
- sour milk - 1/2 c
How to make texas chocolate cake:
Frosting:1 c. sugar1/4 c. milk1/4 c. margarine1/2 c. chocolate chips Sift together sugar and flour several times. Bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Add to flour and sugar mixture. Add 2 eggs. Add 1/2 cup sour milk (buttermilk or sweet milk and 2 tablespoons vinegar). Bake 40 minutes at 350°.Frosting: Boil sugar, milk and margarine for 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Beat and pour on cake.
