  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 1/2 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • sour milk - 1/2 c

How to make texas chocolate cake:

Frosting:1 c. sugar1/4 c. milk1/4 c. margarine1/2 c. chocolate chips Sift together sugar and flour several times. Bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Add to flour and sugar mixture. Add 2 eggs. Add 1/2 cup sour milk (buttermilk or sweet milk and 2 tablespoons vinegar). Bake 40 minutes at 350°.

Frosting: Boil sugar, milk and margarine for 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Beat and pour on cake.
