Ingredients/Components

• butter - 2 Tbsp
• water - 1/2 c
• vinegar - 2 Tbsp
• lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
• Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
• catsup - 1 c
• mustard - 1/2 tsp
• medium onion - 1 item
• salt and cayenne pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make texas barbecue sauce:

Brown onion in butter. Add garlic powder to taste. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour, stirring so it will not stick.
