  • sour cream - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • taco sauce - 1 c
  • bag Fritos - 1 item
  • cans tamales - 2 item
  • large can chili - 1 item

How to make tamale casserole:

Place tamales on bottom of a shallow baking pan. Layer with corn chips, chili, taco sauce and cheese. Bake at 425° until cheese has melted. Top with sour cream.
