Taco salad
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 2 4
- sliced green onions - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- tomato, chopped - 1 item
- taco sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chili beans - 15 oz
- coarsely broken tortilla chips - 2 c
How to make taco salad:
Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, taco sauce, chili powder and garlic salt. Heat to a boil. Place chips in ungreased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with beef mixture. Spread with sour cream; sprinkle with onion, tomato and cheese. Cook, uncovered, in 350° oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
