  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • Cool Whip - 8 oz
  • chopped peanuts - 1 pkg
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • chopped apples - 10 item
  • white vinegar
  • mini marshmallows - 2 c
  • large can crushed pineapple natural juice - 1 item

How to make taffy apple salad:

Drain pineapple (save juice); heat juice, vinegar, sugar and egg and add flour. Stir until thick; add apples, pineapple and peanuts and stir in marshmallows. Chill 1 hour. Add Cool Whip and chill until ready to serve.
