  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • dairy sour cream - 1 c
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • ground beef
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • green onions, chopped - 3 item
  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
  • crushed tortilla chips
  • jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained - 18 item
  • prepared salsa - 1 c
  • cherry tomatoes optional - 1 item
  • pitted ripe olives optional - 1 item

How to make tacos in pasta shells:

Brown beef; drain. Add cream cheese, chili powder and salt. Simmer 5 minutes over medium heat. Toss shells with butter. Fill with beef mixture. Arrange in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour taco salsa over shells. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Uncover; top with cheeses and chips. Bake 15 minutes or until bubbly. Add sour cream.
