Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- 8 oz - 3 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
How to make taco twist:
Brown hamburger and drain. Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce and green pepper. Bring to a boil and remove from heat; set aside. Combine noodles, 1/2 cup cheese and sour cream. Place on bottom of casserole dish. Top with meat mixture and rest of cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Note: Garlic bread and green salad go well with this.
