Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
  • tomato sauce - 2 cans
  • taco seasoning - 1 pkg
  • can black beans, drained - 1 item
  • cans corn, drained - 2 item
  • Hidden Valley original Ranch dressing - 2 pkg
  • cans red beans, drained - 2 item

How to make taco soup:

Brown beef and drain. Combine all ingredients in pot and simmer.

Great served with shredded cheese and either tostados or Fritos Scoops.
