Beef stew
Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- ground cloves - 1 item
- garlic salt - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- beef bouillon - 1 tsp
- stew beef - 1 1/2
- 6-8 potatoes
- 3-4 carrots
How to make beef stew:
Flour and brown beef in a skillet. Season with garlic salt and cloves while browning. Fill stew pot 1/2 full with water and 1 tsp. beef bouillon. Dice onions and combine with beef. Add beef and onions to water and let simmer for 2 - 3 hours. Cut potatoes and carrots in bite size pieces and add to beef.
