Ingredients/Components
- flour
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- shortening - 2 Tbsp
- yeast small - 1 pkg
- milk - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- medium size pepperoni stick - 1 item
- can tomato sauce - 1/2 item
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make pepperoni rolls:
Bring milk to boil. Add sugar and shortening. Cool to lukewarm. Add salt, egg and yeast. Mix in 1 1/2 cups of flour and beat with spoon. Add remaining flour. Knead on floured board for 5 minutes.
