  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • ground red pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chili powder - 2 tsp
  • salsa - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
  • ground cumin
  • chopped green onion - 1/3 c
  • tortilla chips - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened - 12 oz
  • shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 4 oz
  • green olives - 1/4 c
  • sliced olives - 1/4 c
  • diced tomatoes - 1/2 c

How to make taco dip:

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder, cumin and red pepper in large bowl. Mix until well blended. Stir in salsa. Spread onto 10-inch serving platter lined with lettuce. Top with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with chips. Makes 10 appetizer servings.
