Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- ground red pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- salsa - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- ground cumin
- chopped green onion - 1/3 c
- tortilla chips - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 12 oz
- shredded Monterey Jack cheese - 4 oz
- green olives - 1/4 c
- sliced olives - 1/4 c
- diced tomatoes - 1/2 c
How to make taco dip:
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, chili powder, cumin and red pepper in large bowl. Mix until well blended. Stir in salsa. Spread onto 10-inch serving platter lined with lettuce. Top with cheese, tomatoes, green onions and olives. Serve with chips. Makes 10 appetizer servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Tex Mex.
