  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1 c
  • Bisquick - 2 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 item
  • envelope taco seasoning mix - 1 item

How to make taco casserole:

Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spoon into ungreased baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix, tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 350° or until light golden brown.

Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce, if desired.
