Szechuan broccoli
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- sesame seed - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- crushed red pepper - 1/4 c
- chopped broccoli - 5 c
- minced ginger - 1/2 item
- rice or cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make szechuan broccoli:
Combine soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl; set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sesame seed. Cook 1 minute, until browned. Set aside. Add oil and next 3 ingredients; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add broccoli; stir-fry 1 minute. Add soy sauce mixture; stir well. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
