  • sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • sesame seed - 1 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic - 2 item
  • crushed red pepper - 1/4 c
  • chopped broccoli - 5 c
  • minced ginger - 1/2 item
  • rice or cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp

How to make szechuan broccoli:

Combine soy sauce, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl; set aside. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add sesame seed. Cook 1 minute, until browned. Set aside. Add oil and next 3 ingredients; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add broccoli; stir-fry 1 minute. Add soy sauce mixture; stir well. Cover and cook 2 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Contains 72 calories and 3.6 fat per 1 cup serving.
