- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- onion, diced - 1 item
- tomato, diced - 1 item
- chuck roast or round steak - 2 3
How to make swiss steak:
Brown roast in skillet with oil. Add all ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until fork-tender. Serve with pasta or rice. Use the sauce as a topping.Roast or round steak may be substituted with pork chops or chicken.
