How to make swiss steak:
Trim steak; wipe with a damp paper towel. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Pound into steak on both sides. Brown meat. Place vegetables and tomato sauce on meat. Simmer slowly about 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: American, Main dish, North american.
