Swiss steak

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
• can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
• onion - 1 item
• small cube steaks - 2 item

How to make swiss steak:

Flour and brown steaks in a pan. Put browned steaks in a casserole dish. Put chopped onions and cut up mushrooms on steak. Mix soups together and pour over tops of steaks. Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 350° in a covered casserole dish.
