Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- small cube steaks - 2 item
How to make swiss steak:
Flour and brown steaks in a pan. Put browned steaks in a casserole dish. Put chopped onions and cut up mushrooms on steak. Mix soups together and pour over tops of steaks. Bake for 2 1/2 hours at 350° in a covered casserole dish.Recipe categories: American, Main dish, North american.
