- medium onion - 1 item
- carrots - 2 lb
- Mazola oil - 1/2 c
- Marinade:1 can tomato soup
- each: prepared mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper - 1 tsp
How to make sweet-sour carrots:
Marinade:1 can tomato soup1 c. sugar1/2 c. Mazola oil3/4 c. vinegar1 tsp. each: prepared mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper Boil carrots and onion until just slightly soft.
