Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- sage - 1/4 tsp
- ground beef - 3/4 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
- mushroom stems and pieces - 1 c
- butter flavored crackers - 3 Tbsp
- Hot mashed potatoes - 1 item
How to make salisbury steak:
In bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Add beef; mix well. Shape into two patties. In medium skillet, cook patties 4 - 5 minutes per side. Remove to platter and keep warm.
