Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- flour - 8 8
- oil - 3/4 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- yeast - 2 pkg
- lukewarm water
How to make sweet rolls:
Soften yeast in water. Add oil, sugar, eggs, 4 cups flour and salt. Stir and beat well, then add remaining flour. Turn out onto floured surface and knead until you can handle. Put in large covered container and let rise. Then punch down. Can be stored in refrigerator and used as needed.Recipe categories: Breads, Lunch/snacks, Breakfast.
