Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/3 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 2/3 item
- mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
- lightly beaten eggs - 2 item
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Mix sweet potatoes, 3/4 cup of sugar, salt, eggs, milk, vanilla and 1/3 stick melted margarine. Blend with mixer until smooth. Pour in long, greased baking dish.Combine remaining ingredients to make topping. Spread over sweet potato mix. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
