Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- unbaked 9-inch pastry shell - 1 item
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 2 c
How to make sweet potato pie:
Combine first 6 ingredients and beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Spoon into pastry shell. Bake at 425° for 35 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge of pie comes out clean; cool before serving. Yield: One 9-inch pie.Recipe categories: Desserts, Potato, Vegetables.
