  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • black walnut flavoring optional - 1/8 tsp

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Combine all ingredients. Beat with mixer until smooth. Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 325°.
