Sweet potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- corn flake crumbs - 1 c
- large can sweet potatoes - 1 item
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Mash potatoes; combine sugar, beaten eggs, 1 stick margarine and potatoes. Mix corn flake crumbs, 1/2 stick margarine and chopped pecans. Place potato mixture in a greased casserole dish and sprinkle corn flake mixture on top. Bake in oven at 400° to 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
