  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • brown sugar
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. melted margarine Beat the first 7 ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Crumble topping over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until topping browns. Can also be baked in a casserole dish, using about half the topping recipe.

Topping: Combine all ingredients.
