Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- brown sugar
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. melted margarine Beat the first 7 ingredients together until smooth. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Crumble topping over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until topping browns. Can also be baked in a casserole dish, using about half the topping recipe.Topping: Combine all ingredients.
