Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- stick butter, melted - 3/4 item
- crushed cornflakes - 1 c
- cooked, mashed sweet potatoes can use canned - 3 c
- each: vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- Cook 15 minutes at 400°
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan and mix well. Cook 15 minutes at 400°.Topping:3/4 stick butter, melted1 c. crushed cornflakes1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped pecans Put on top and bake another 20 minutes at 400°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
