Sweet potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- margarine or butter - 1/2 c
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- to 6 medium sweet potatoes raw - 4 item
- Beat and add remaining ingredients until fluffy
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Peel, boil, drain and mash potatoes. Beat and add remaining ingredients until fluffy. Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan, sprayed with cooking spray.Topping:1/3 c. melted margarine or butter1/2 c. flour1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans Mix together in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of potatoes.
