  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • margarine, melted - 1/2 c
  • sweet potatoes may use precooked, canned to equal 4 small cans

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Melt margarine and mix with brown sugar, flour and chopped pecans. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture and bake for 25 to 35 minutes in 350° oven.
