  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • white sugar - 3/4 c
  • crushed corn flakes - 2 c
  • canned cream - 1/2 c
  • 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • sweet potatoes, cooked until done and peeled or use 1 tall can - 6 item
  • Mix with white sugar, cream, vanilla and cinnamon

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Whip sweet potatoes with butter. Mix with white sugar, cream, vanilla and cinnamon. Add crushed pineapple to sweet potatoes. Pour into baking dish (about 10-inch dish).Topping:1 stick margarine, melted1/2 c. pecans3/4 c. brown sugar2 c. crushed corn
