  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • light brown sugar - 1 c
  • stick melted butter - 1 item
  • mashed sweet potatoes, boiled - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix together the first 5 ingredients and pour in casserole dish. Then mix brown sugar and flour. Spread over pudding. Then sprinkle chopped nuts over pudding. Pour melted butter over the pudding. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
