Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • butter, melted
  • chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c
  • canned milk - 1/2 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • cooked, mashed fresh sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/3 c. butter, melted1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Mix potatoes, eggs, milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 stick margarine, vanilla and cinnamon and place in greased casserole pan.

Topping: Mix altogether; sprinkle all on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
