  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • flaked coconut
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 4 c
  • Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix together. Pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Add topping.Topping:1/2 c. margarine1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 c. chopped pecans Melt margarine. Stir in other ingredients. Put on top of potato mixture. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
