  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 4 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • oil - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • crushed pineapple - 1/2 item
  • cooked and mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • sick butter - 1 item
  • Mix all wet ingredients well

How to make sweet potato bread:

Heat oven to 350°. Mix all wet ingredients well. Add all dry. Blend well. Grease and flour 3 loaf pans. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Great plain or add some Cream Cheese Icing.Cream Cheese Icing:4 c. 10x sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 sick butter Blend until creamy.
