Sweet potato balls
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- marshmallows - 12 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- medium sweet potatoes - 6 item
- cornflakes, crushed - 2 c
How to make sweet potato balls:
Boil potatoes; peel and mash. Mix well with margarine, sugar and nuts. Form a ball around one large marshmallow, then roll in crushed cornflakes.Just before serving, warm balls in a 350° oven about 15 minutes or until marshmallows have softened or melted. Makes 12 balls.
