  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • marshmallows - 12 item
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • medium sweet potatoes - 6 item
  • cornflakes, crushed - 2 c

How to make sweet potato balls:

Boil potatoes; peel and mash. Mix well with margarine, sugar and nuts. Form a ball around one large marshmallow, then roll in crushed cornflakes.

Just before serving, warm balls in a 350° oven about 15 minutes or until marshmallows have softened or melted. Makes 12 balls.
